Mahi Systems & Mahi Systems Private Limited are committed to responsible environmental practices. As part of our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), we have adopted measures to manage and reduce the environmental impact of electronic waste (E-waste).
Our goal is to ensure that every customer is aware of the proper methods of E-waste handling, collection, and disposal. We do this through structured awareness programs, transparent collection procedures, and nationwide accessibility.
Do’s and Don’ts for Customers
Do’s
- Always look for the recycling symbol on products.
- Deposit used electronics only at authorized collection centers.
- Refer to the product manuals or catalogues for disposal instructions.
- Follow the guidance provided in our E-waste handling leaflets.
Don’ts
- Do not dispose of electronics in regular waste bins.
- Do not dismantle products yourself.
- Avoid selling to unauthorized scrap dealers.
- Never burn or incinerate E-waste.

- Details of authorized recycler/dismantler displayed
Awareness through Advertisements
- Advertisements in leading newspapers
- Online campaigns via YouTube
- Outdoor and event-based advertising (seminars, exhibitions, etc.)
Awareness through Training & Workshops
- Bi-monthly awareness drives in 2 states/UTs
- Training programs for RWAs, schools, and colleges
- Quarterly training for employees and mandatory E-waste induction sessions
- Training for product demonstrators to educate customers
